We meet you where you are.
Veritas Collaborative telehealth services remain consistent with our traditional, in-person Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programming – ensuring that patients and their families are receiving best-practice care to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs are currently offered through telehealth, allowing individuals to access eating disorder care virtually. This removes barriers to care for those in remote areas and provides access to treatment for individuals needing additional support and structure during these uncertain times. In addition, we are now offering in-person Partial Hospitalization (PHP) at all locations. Our Patient Financial Services team will work with you to determine if your insurance provider covers these services.
Individual & Group Sessions
Patients continue to receive support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, in addition to individual sessions with their primary dietitian and psychiatric provider.
Multi-Family & Community of Support Programming
Family members and communities of support can participate in weekly, virtual meetings where Veritas families and communities gather to share their experiences and draw strength from each other.
Meal Coaching & Support
Patients will continue to receive meal coaching and support provided by clinical team members and Therapeutic Assistants (TAs). In addition, each week patients participate in a virtual culinary group. While participants cook, the virtual format allows for interaction with both the chef and other group members to round out the culinary experience.
Nursing & Medical Visits
Medical and nursing visits remain an integral part of programming. Based on the patient’s clinical needs, visits may be virtual or in-person with appropriate safety measures.
