Levels of Care

Inpatient Care

Veritas Collaborative offers the inpatient level of care, an intensive level of treatment for patients who have a necessity to be seen by a medical provider daily, need frequent nursing care, and/or are medically unstable. Patients who are severely entrenched in their eating disorder behaviors and are depressed, suicidal, or a danger to themselves are also appropriate for this level of care.

Inpatient care is provided for persons, aged 8 and up as part of The Veritas Collaborative Child & Adolescent Program and The Veritas Collaborative Adult Program.

  • Eating disorder-specific internal medicine services, including 24-hour nursing care
  • Direct provision of psychiatric services with our psychiatric team several times a week
  • Increased TA Supervision
  • Emphasis on Medical Stability
  • Individual, family and group therapy with Veritas Collaborative‚Äôs team of psychotherapists, each of whom uses established and emerging evidence-based approaches to eating disorders care
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed treatment groups
