Christine Elkhoury

Christine (she/her) is a Professional Relations Specialist for Veritas Collaborative. As a Registered Dietitian certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Christine boasts over 13 years of experience treating eating disorders. Her passion for supporting patients led her to outreach, where she provides awareness and a wide breadth of clinical knowledge to communities in Florida. Apart from increasing access to best-practice care, Christine values her role’s opportunities for resource-sharing and relationship-building.

Christine received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Administration at Northern Illinois University. She then completed a Dietetic Internship coordinated with a Master’s in Business Administration at Dominican University.
