What To Expect
The right care for you.
We know that seeking treatment for an eating disorder is often a difficult decision. We’re here to guide you through it. Starting with the first phone call, we’re committed to ensuring you get the expert, compassionate care you deserve.

A Relationship of Trust
When you begin the admissions process, you can expect to speak with a compassionate staff member who truly understands the complexities of eating disorders. We honor your trust in us and we keep everything that you share with us confidential.
Begin your recovery with us.
Step 1: Reach out
To speak with a member of our admissions team, call 612-402-3061 or complete our online form. We’re here for you—every day of the week. During our phone call, we’ll talk about your concerns, answer any questions you have, and schedule your eating disorder assessment.
Step 2: Eating disorder assessment
An eating disorder assessment allows us to understand your unique needs and tailor treatment to you. We’ll learn more about your relationship with food and your body, evaluate your symptoms, and offer a personalized recommendation for your care.
Step 3: Admission
Next you’ll be contacted by an Admissions Coordinator, who will guide you through the necessary medical, financial, and logistical details of admission so that you can begin care as soon as possible.
Given the current dramatic need for eating disorder treatment, you or your loved one may need to wait to begin programming. Waitlists vary by program, and you’ll learn of an opening through your regular contact with your Admissions Coordinator. Find resources to navigate a waiting period on our While You Wait page.
Note: Please see our COVID-19 policies for more information on what to expect.
