The Child and Adolescent Treatment Program offered by Veritas Collaborative is a comprehensive and specialized care program designed to address the unique needs of young individuals struggling with eating disorders. The program focuses on early intervention and personalized treatment plans to provide the best possible care for children and adolescents.

Veritas Collaborative takes a holistic approach to eating disorder treatment by integrating evidence-based therapies to address the complex psychological and emotional factors associated with eating disorders in children and adolescents. Individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy are key components of the program, allowing patients to explore and understand the underlying causes of their disorder, develop coping mechanisms, and work toward lasting recovery.

With a dedicated multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, therapists, dietitians, and support staff, Veritas Collaborative ensures that each patient receives comprehensive and tailored care. This team collaborates closely to address both the physical and mental well-being of the patients, as well as provide support for their families.

The program actively involves parents or guardians in the treatment process, recognizing the vital role they play in a child or adolescent’s recovery. By including parents and guardians in therapy sessions and providing education and guidance, the program creates a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes healing and long-term success.

Veritas Collaborative’s Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder Treatment Program offers a comprehensive and specialized approach to address the complex nature of eating disorders in young individuals. With personalized treatment plans, evidence-based therapies, and a supportive environment that actively involves parents, the program aims to help children and adolescents on their journey towards recovery, promoting long-term wellness and a positive self-image.

“The Veritas team are experts in this field, and also they were so kind and compassionate. The team members were solid –  especially important because the path forward was rocky and eating disorders thrive and grow in lies, fear, and denial.”

“We didn’t know our child was as sick as she was. Our pediatrician referred us, and we finally got our child admitted about a month later. It’s worth the wait, worth the money, and well worth the time you’ll spend without your child. ED can be very lethal if left untreated!”

“The staff was great and kept in constant communication. My daughter learned skills there to overcome her disorder. She’s doing great now about 18 months later. Not without a few bumps in the road, but she’s never had to go back to a treatment facility and I’m forever grateful.”
