Presentation Title: Obsessed and Hungry: Recognizing and Managing OCD in Eating Disorder Treatment
Dr. Steven Tsao received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fordham University and completed his postdoctoral fellowship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He was formerly a Staff Psychologist at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital and the Clinic Director at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania. He has given numerous local and national presentations on OCD, eating disorders, and complex comorbidity and has been featured on several popular media outlets including ABC’s 20/20. Dr. Tsao is the co-founder of the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy, a specialty clinic in suburban Philadelphia focused on evidence-based care and treatment dissemination. He also serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at Rogers Behavioral Health-Philadelphia where he oversees the delivery of empirically-based, subspecialty care for anxiety and mood disorders.
