Levels of Care
When individuals are given access to the right level of care at the right time, they can and do recover.
Inpatient care provides a structured, highly monitored, around-the-clock treatment environment that comprises both individual and group therapies. IP is suitable for individuals who require daily medical interaction, are medically unstable, and/or are severely depressed or a danger to themselves as a result of their entrenchment in eating disorder behaviors.
Partial hospitalization care occurs six or seven days a week and comprises individual and group therapies with a focus on family/community of support involvement. PHP is suitable for individuals who are medically stable and in need of daily, structured programming, but not 24-hour supervision, and are currently unable to maintain their recoveries in an outpatient environment.
Intensive outpatient care is primarily group-based and occurs three times per week with an opportunity for individualized medical and dietetic treatment. IOP is suitable for individuals who are medically stable and in need of structure and support to maintain sound trajectories toward eating disorder recovery.
Our Approach to Care
Family & Community of Support Program
Your family and community are important parts of our multidisciplinary treatment approach and are as critical to your recovery process as our team.
Education & Vocational Program
Starting your recovery journey doesn't have to mean putting your education, your career, or your life on hold. Our programming is designed to meet your needs, whatever they are.
Expressive Art & Movement Therapy
Eating disorders can be noisy, but nonverbal expression can be louder. Whether it be through clay or water colors, charcoal or yoga, we encourage you to let your hands and body guide you along your recovery journey and back to your voice.
Culinary & Nutrition Program
The food part of eating disorder recovery can be scary, but it doesn't have to be. Come join us in our collaborative kitchen and experience food in an entirely new way.
